Shipping Within Norway

We offer free shipping within Norway on orders over NOK 499.

All Norwegian orders are shipped with Posten/Bring and are typically delivered within 2–5 business days after the order has been processed and dispatched.

Depending on the size, weight, and contents of your order, your package will either be delivered directly to your mailbox or to your nearest pickup point. You will receive updates via SMS and/or email from Posten/Bring once your order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak seasons, public holidays, and promotional periods due to increased order volumes and carrier processing times.

Worldwide Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping and free delivery on international orders over NOK 1,499.

For orders shipped to the United States and Australia, a shipping fee of NOK 499 applies regardless of the order value.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped with UPS and are typically delivered within 2–14 business days, depending on the destination country.

UPS will provide tracking updates and delivery notifications via SMS and/or email so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak seasons, public holidays, and promotional periods due to increased order volumes and carrier processing times.

Taxes & Duties

All international orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis.

This means that all applicable VAT, local taxes, customs duties, and import fees are included in the final purchase price. No additional charges will be required upon delivery.

Warranty & Complaints

All products are covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, or accidental damage.

For products purchased online, please contact our webshop team at webshop@darkdepartment.com.

For products purchased in one of our stores, please contact the store where the item was originally purchased.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order and receive a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To initiate a return, please register your return through your customer account on our website or contact us at webshop@darkdepartment.com.

You may also request a cancellation of your order through your customer account before the order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging and cannot have been in use.

Return Shipping – Norway

For orders within Norway, a return shipping fee of NOK 79 will be deducted from your refund if you choose to use our return service. You may also arrange and pay for return shipping yourself at your own responsibility and risk.

International Returns

For international orders within Europe, a return shipping fee of NOK 199 applies. International returns must be arranged through our customer service team. Please contact webshop@darkdepartment.com before sending your return.

Returns from USA & Australia

For orders shipped to the United States or Australia, a return shipping fee of NOK 499 will be deducted from your refund. Returns from these countries must be arranged through our customer service team. Please contact webshop@darkdepartment.com before sending your return.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Returns & Cancellations Through Your Customer Account

Customers can request returns and cancellations directly through their customer account on our website. Upon submission, an automatic confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with the order. Return and cancellation requests are subject to review and approval in accordance with our return policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
